We ask that you return unwanted goods to us within 7 days of the cancellation of your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted goods to us. If you do not return the goods to us as requested, they must be made available for collection and you will be charged the cost of recovering the goods from yourself.
Goods must be returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession. We ask that any goods that are in sealed packaging and are clearly visible without the need to open the packaging remain unopened. If any of these conditions are not met, you will be charged to cover the loss in value to the goods.
Any unwanted goods being returned to us must be properly packed and addressed, with adequate postage and sent with a reputable carrier. We recommend sending goods back using recorded/registered delivery with insurance from Royal Mail. Please ensure that you include the original order details and also a reason for the return
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and tested
