Most orders received and processed before 3PM (UK time) are dispatched the same day. We us Royal Mail 1st Cass Post as our courier. Royal Mail 1st Class can take up to 3 working days to arrive at a UK destination and upto 15 working days for overseas.
If you have ordered multiple items please be advised that they may not be packaged together, therefore you may not receive all of your items at the same time.
If an item has been shipped and has not arrived after 15 working days (UK), or 21 working days (Europe & Overseas), please contact us.
We will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail.
If the item is faulty, please return it to us in its original packaging along with a copy of the order number and a description
of the fault and we will exchange it for you.
